Only three days until the Tigers take the field. MGB and I have been looking forward to this since the day we got back from vacation. Saturday starts three (3) months of football fever in our house. Every Saturday you will either find us in our seats in Death Valley or in front of the television rooting our tigers onto victory.
My favorite part about a Clemson football game is when the team touches "THE ROCK" and runs down the hill to take the field. It is called the greatest 25 seconds in sports - and rightly so. If you were not a Clemson fan, you would be after watching the team run down the hill. The excitement is electric....everyone is on their feet, screaming, clapping, and waving Tiger Rags or pom-poms.
I hope the weather remains good for the game. Ernesto is suppose to hit South Carolina sometime tomorrow - I just hope it does not stall out over the state and we get rained on...but a rainy day in Clemson is better than a sunny day anywhere else (other than Edisto).
